Over the past decade, I’ve built my career around one core mission: making operations and supply chains run smarter, faster, and more efficiently. Starting from the ground up in distribution, I have worked my way through roles in logistics, warehouse management, and supply chain strategy. Each step sharpened my ability to solve complex challenges and lead high-performing teams.

Today, I bring more than 10 years of experience in supply chain and distribution, including over 5 years in operations leadership. My expertise spans multi-site distribution networks, WMS optimization, inventory accuracy, and scaling operations to handle peak demand. I have led initiatives that cut fulfillment costs by a third, reduced turnover by half, and transformed processes to deliver measurable gains in efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What drives me is not just achieving KPIs but building teams and systems that thrive under pressure while laying the foundation for sustainable growth. I believe in balancing people, process, and technology to create meaningful impact. Whether leading a distribution center through peak season, negotiating vendor contracts, or mentoring managers into leaders, I bring both strategy and hands-on execution to every challenge.
