Across my career in distribution and supply chain, I’ve led transformations that enable organizations to operate faster, smarter, and more efficiently; even as complexity grows. I’ve risen through logistics and warehouse management into executive-level operational ownership, giving me both the strategic vision and the practical expertise to optimize end-to-end order lifecycles.

Today, I oversee multi-site distribution networks, 3PL operations, and enterprise systems spanning ERP, WMS/OMS, CRM, and BI tools. I’ve driven major system implementations and process redesigns that strengthened data integrity, improved cross-functional alignment, and doubled operational capacity while reducing cost and risk. My initiatives have consistently delivered results, including improvements in fulfillment speed, workforce productivity, and customer satisfaction.

More than hitting KPIs, I’m passionate about developing empowered teams and building resilient systems. I believe operational excellence is achieved at the intersection of people, technology, and continuous improvement where every process has purpose, every decision has data behind it, and every employee understands the “why.”
